Integrated SmartClock with Workers Payroll....
	This version of SmartPay - workers version has a lot of enhanced features and gets all the time-clocking information from the SmartClock clocking system. The clocking system relies on bar-code scanners attached to PCs at the clocking points on the entrances, and there can be as many clocking points as required. All employees will have badges that are printed from the system with special barcodes unique to each employee. Fully multi-user, secure system with defined access levels for each user Employee Data/ Permanent Record information stored. Will cater for any number of employees, anticipated number being between 1500 and 5000 Will allow recording of clock-in and clock-out times for all employees Will utilize a bar-coded employee ID Card to be scanned for clocking in/out For all purposes, all employees are permanent/contract employees Clocking Exception reports generated Overtime Authorization facility to limit payments for authorized work only Full payslips generated from the system for each payment period Statutory Deductions such as NHIF and NSSF incorporated into the system Option of fixing basic pay per employee or treating employee strictly on an hourly basis available Deductions such as absence or lateness available for fixed-pay option Special earnings such as bonus also available Wide variety of Reports for analyses of different types will be provided
